Katrina rebuilding continues five years on

Five years after Hurricane Katrina delivered a devastating blow to New Orleans many residents have not returned to the Lower Ninth Ward.

Recovery in the traditionally proud working-class neighbourhood has been painfully slow - and with no infrastructure and few businesses, less than a quarter of people have returned home.

The BBC's Andy Gallacher spoke to George Brooks who has returned and is attempting to rebuild his family's house.
