Afghanistan in plea for food aid as drought looms

Ten years after the US-led invasion, Afghanistan is appealing for food aid, as it faces an unprecedented drought.

Factors which have worsened the situation are a lack of political will to tackle corruption, and an absence of planning for the possibility of drought.

The BBC's David Loyn reports.
