US Marines' gear change in Sangin 'achieving results'

The American general in charge of the offensive in Sangin in Afghanistan's Helmand province says US forces are becoming increasingly aggressive against the Taliban.

Maj Gen Richard Mills said the approach was proving successful. The Americans took over from UK forces in September 2010.

The BBC's Paul Wood spoke to BBC Breakfast's Bill Turnbull and Sian Williams.
