Ex-UN observer: 'Level the playing field' in Syria
The former head of the UN monitoring mission in Syria, Maj Gen Robert Mood has rarely spoken of his experience or his prognosis for Syria's future since he left the country.
As the conflict in the country has deepened, and with tens of thousands of people killed, the Norwegian told Stephen Sackur it is time for the international community to consider imposing a no-fly zone in the country to "level the playing field" for the rebels.
