Syria conflict: Moment of blast at rebel Aleppo hospital

Dramatic pictures show the moment a hospital in rebel-held eastern Aleppo in Syria was hit by a bomb.

The city is virtually without medical facilities, observers say.

The World Health Organization says all makeshift hospitals there are out of service, after five days of air and artillery strikes by government forces.
