Ellwood: 'We've learnt from the past'

The Foreign Office minister, Tobias Ellwood says a "huge amount of planning" has been done for when the "guns fall silent" in Mosul.

He told the The World at One's Martha Kearney that "we've learnt from the past".

He stressed "this isn't us doing it", saying it was an "Iraqi led operation."
