Syria conflict: Aleppo soup kitchen feeds the war-weary

Four days into a cessation of hostilities in Syria and the focus is now on getting desperately needed aid to areas hit hard by the conflict.

The BBC's Jeremy Bowen visits a soup kitchen in western Aleppo, but says the east of the city - which has been deliberately cut off by government forces - is in the greatest need.
