Islamic State using human shields in Falluja, says UN

Militants from the so-called Islamic State are using civilians as human shields as the Iraqi army closes in on the city of Falluja, according to the United Nations.

Some 50,000 civilians, including 20,000 children, are trapped by the fighting - and conditions are reported to be dire, with no aid able to be delivered.

Jim Muir reports from Baghdad.
