Assad strongholds rocked by deadly car bombings

There have been a series of car bombings in two coastal cities in Syria controlled by President Assad.

State media said at least 78 people were killed, while a monitoring group put the death toll at more than 145.

The so-called Islamic State (IS) group claimed it was behind the attacks.

Security correspondent Frank Gardner reports on their significance.
