Syria war: Rebel leader's death a blow to peace talks

The killing of a rebel leader in Syria comes days after a UN signed resolution setting a road map for peace in the country.

Opposition see the death of Zahran Alloush as a blow to any peace talks.

He led Jaysh al-Islam in eastern suburbs of Damascus, one of many groups who fought the self-proclaimed Islamic State.

The BBC's Lina Sinjab explains the significance of his death.
