Syria conflict: What can Riyadh talks achieve?

Saudi Arabia is hosting a three-day conference in Riyadh of dozens of Syrian rebel groups and to try to agree common ground on possible peace talks between the Syrian regime and rebels in January.

BBC Security Correspondent Frank Gardner and Middle East correspondent Jim Muir assess the talks' chance of success.
