Kurdish commander hopes Kobane will be liberated very soon

A Kurdish commander in Kobane has told the BBC's Kasra Naji she hopes the city will be liberated very soon, within the next few days.

The commander who is in charge of the eastern side of the city, said the airstrikes have helped the Kurdish forces to push back the so-called Islamic State militants.

Kasra Naji reports from the Turkey Syria border.
