Syria crisis: BBC witnesses desperate civilians' escape

Thousands of civilians have been fleeing a besieged suburb of the Syrian capital Damascus after a relaxation of a blockade by government forces.

The BBC's Lyse Doucet has been to the suburb of Moadamiya, where civilians who have been under siege since March are finally receiving help from the Syrian Red Crescent.
