Syria crisis: France, US and UK want 'strong' UN resolution

A report by UN weapons inspectors on last month's alleged chemical attacks in Syria will be made public later.

France, Britain and the America have agreed that they will seek a "strong" UN resolution with "serious consequences" if Syria fails to hand over its chemical weapons.
