Demos continue in Cairo despite curfew

Thousands of Egyptians have continued to gather at Cairo's Tahrir Square despite a curfew coming into force.

Protesters continued their calls for President Hosni Mubarak to step down as lines of army tanks jammed the main road leading into the square.

The BBC's Lyse Doucet said tanks were stationed at all the entrances.
