Cameron calls for 'reform' in Egypt amid unrest

David Cameron has said that reform in Egypt is the only way to address the grievances felt by the Egyptian people.

There have been violent demonstrations across the country, with many people defying an overnight curfew brought in to try to stamp out the unrest.

Speaking at the World Economic Forum in Switzerland, Mr Cameron said it was "in all our interests" to help countries like Egypt become more democratic.
