Journalists targeted by extremists in Iraq

More than 200 journalists and media workers have been killed in Iraq since the US-led invasion in 2003, according to a report published by the French organisation Reporters Without Borders.

The death toll includes a number of foreign reporters, but the overwhelming majority of targeted journalists are Iraqis, who continue to do their jobs despite huge personal risks.

Gabriel Gatehouse reports from Baghdad.
