Brazil sends troops to Espirito Santo as police strike continues

Brazil's government has deployed extra troops to the state of Espirito Santo, where military police are on strike. Locals say the city is lawless, and most shops and schools remain closed.

Almost 100 people have reportedly been killed in the state capital, Vitoria, since the strike began on 4 February.
