The Venezuelan hospital that's more like a war zone

Alexander, 11, is a patient at Caracas Children's Hospital - once a shining example of the best of health services in South America.

Dr Huniades Urbina-Medina, the president of the Venezuelan Paediatric Society, describes the hospital as looking like something out of "a war zone".

The country is in the grip of economic and political crisis - and health services are suffering as a result.
