Brazilian President Rousseff to face congress impeachment vote

A special committee in Brazil's lower house of congress has voted in favour of recommending the impeachment of President Dilma Rousseff.

There will now be a vote in congress and a majority of two thirds is required for the impeachment motion to progress.
