Mexico tornado kills at least 13 in seconds

A powerful tornado has swept through northern Mexico, killing at least 13 people and causing widespread destruction.

Most of the confirmed deaths are in a Mexican border city of Ciudad Acuna, which was hit by winds of up to 300km/h (186mph).
