Argentina heatwave sparks protests

High temperatures have caused a wave of blackouts and water shortages across Argentine's capital, Buenos Aires.

People have taken to the streets to voice their anger, but the government says power companies are to blame for not upgrading the country's electricity grid.

Serena Chaudhry reports.
