Brazilian authorities send troops to quell rural dispute

Brazilian authorities have sent 200 soldiers to the central-southern state of Mato Grosso do Sul to help quell a conflict between members of an indigenous tribe and local farmers.

The dispute is over a ranch which a local politician as well as an indigenous Terena people claim to own.
