Colombia resorts to science to boost coffee production

Coffee growers in the Colombian Andes have resorted to modified beans to cope with changes in the weather.

For the past three years, harsh rainy seasons blamed on the La Nina weather phenomenon have hit coffee production.

Now, farmers are hoping science can reverse the effects.
