Tropical storm Tomas threatens cholera recovery in Haiti

Tropical storm Tomas is threatening Haiti, even before the Caribbean nation has had a chance to recover from last January's devastating earthquake.

It could strengthen to hurricane force and is expected to hit on Friday.

More than 1m people who lost their homes in the earthquake are still living in temporary camps, which are not designed to withstand severe weather.

The BBC's Laura Trevelyan reports from Port-au-Prince.
