The fear of immigration in Europe is rising and it threatens to polarise European politics.

But are Europeans finding their authentic voice, or are some politicians guilty of fearmongering?

The BBC's Stephen Sackur asked Austria's foreign minister Karin Kneissl if her government was taking the opportunity to abandon a collective approach and prioritise national interests.
