Obama's hopes for Trump's approach to Russia

US President Barack Obama has said he hopes the president-elect, Donald Trump, will stand up to Russia, and not do "whatever is convenient at the time".

Speaking in Berlin, Mr Obama said he hoped Mr Trump would not make deals that could "hurt people or violate international norms".
