Russia is holding parliamentary elections this weekend, with parties loyal to President Vladimir Putin expected to sweep the board once again.

So what's it like to be in opposition?

The BBC's Sarah Rainsford has been out and about with a young candidate from St Petersburg who's one of 18 candidates backed by Mr Putin's chief enemy in exile - former oil oligarch Mikhail Khodorkovsky.
