Russia celebrates 'own Paralympics’

Russia has responded to its ban from the Rio Paralympics over state-sponsored doping by holding its "own Paralympics".

Praised by Russian state media, the "All-Russian Paralympic Games" are taking place in Moscow.

A promotional video for the event says: "We will not be any worse without the Paralympic Games, but they will be without us."
