Meet the migrant musicians bringing new sounds to Istanbul

Istiklal Avenue in Istanbul has long been the cultural heart of the Turkish city and an essential place for street musicians.

With the recent influx of migrants, the music on the streets also tells a tale of the city's changing mosaic.

The BBC met some of the street musicians who fled to Istanbul - and heard how they connect through music.
