'Eerie' Brussels still on highest alert

Soldiers and armed police are patrolling the streets of Brussels for a second day after warnings of a Paris-style attack.

The city was a base for the Paris attackers - Islamic State militants - who killed 130 people.

Metro services remain suspended, and residents have been told to avoid crowds.

Christian Fraser reports from the city's main square, the Grand Place.
