Brussels becomes 'heavily guarded ghost town' in parts

Belgian police have charged a man with involvement in the deadly attacks on Paris, the federal prosecutor has said.

The unnamed man was one of five people arrested in raids on Sunday.

Suspected Paris attacks gunman Salah Abdeslam remains at large, the authorities have said.

The BBC's Katya Adler reports from Brussels as the city enters a fourth day of lockdown.
