Slovenia builds razor-wire fence to control migrant numbers

Slovenia has started building a razor-wire fence along its border with Croatia to control the flow of migrants.

More than 170,000 people have entered the country since the middle of last month, on their way to northern Europe.

Slovenia's Prime Minister Miro Cerar says border crossings will remain open.
