Francois Hollande: 'Never give in to fear'

French President Francois Hollande has said his country will "never give in to fear", after a suspected Islamist attack in which a man is believed to have been decapitated.

The attack took place at a factory near the city of Lyon.

Speaking in Brussels, Mr Hollande spoke of the "necessity to protect our values" and to "eradicate groups responsible for such acts and actions".
