Charlie Hebdo attack in Paris 'did not come out of the blue'

The BBC's Security Correspondent Frank Gardner has said the massacre at the French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo "did not come out of the blue".

Twelve people were killed in the attack, including two police officers.

It follows a number of "less serious" incidents in other parts of the country.
