Ukraine crisis: 'Military activity' around Russian aid convoy

A controversial humanitarian aid convoy from Russia is stalled on the Russian side of the Ukrainian border.

The convoy is apparently awaiting inspection by Ukrainian border guards, as Russia, Ukraine and the Red Cross decide how the aid will be delivered.

Reporting from where an aid convoy is stationed, the BBC's Steve Rosenberg says that there has been an increased level of military activity in the area.
