G7 talks take place in Brussels

The leaders of the G7 group of industrialised nations meeting in Brussels have said they are prepared to impose further sanctions on Russia if it does not help restore stability to eastern Ukraine.

The summit is the first since Russia was expelled from the group following its annexation of Crimea.
