Ukraine crisis: Russia 'to face consequences' says US

US Secretary of State John Kerry has said the US is "deeply concerned" about the "large deployment" of Russian forces along the eastern border of Ukraine and in Crimea.

Speaking at a news conference following talks with his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov, Mr Kerry warned that Russia will face consequences if it doesn't "change course" over the rising tensions in Ukraine.
