Ukraine 'to scrap' anti-protest law

Anti-protest laws that have fuelled recent anger at the government in Ukraine are to be scrapped, as talks between the president and opposition leaders continue.

President Viktor Yanukovych has also offered an amnesty to protesters, but only if they clear barricades and stopped attacking government buildings.
