Syria: How would the Russian plan work?

Russia has put forward a proposal which it hopes will prevent US-led military action against Syria.

Syria is believed to have one of the biggest chemical weapons stockpiles in the world. Russia has asked the Syrian government to put its chemical weapons under international control and then have them destroyed.

The BBC's Daniel Sandford reports from Moscow about how this plan may work.
