Fritzl basement to be filled with concrete

Work has begun to fill in the cellar in which Austrian Josef Fritzl held his daughter captive for 24 years and fathered her seven children.

The case came to light in 2008 when Fritzl's daughter Elisabeth and three of the children were freed from the dungeon he had built beneath his house.

Local officials say they plan to sell the property once the cellar has been filled in.
