Anger at religious school admission age reform in Turkey

Turkey has passed a new bill reducing the age of admission to religious schools, also known as Imam Khateeb, from 15 to 11.

But some teachers and parents protested against the new measures in Ankara over the weekend, accusing the government of changing Turkey's secular education system into a religious one.
