French drivers to carry breathalysers at all times

A new law means that from 1 July all drivers will have to carry breathalysers in France in a move to tackle drink-driving in the country.

If motorists have had a drink, they will be expected to prove they have checked they are under the limit before setting off.

Motoring journalist Quentin Wilson told BBC Radio 5 live's Shelagh Fogarty what he made of the measures.
