Hungarian democracy and prosperity 'in question'

The European Union has a new problem country on its hands: Hungary.

It is thinking of withholding funds for what it sees as Hungary's failure to get to grips with economic problems, coupled with real fears that the country is sliding away from the rule of law and towards right wing populism.

Newsnight's economics editor Paul Mason reports from Budapest.
