Italy PM outlines debt crisis plans as students protest

Italy's new prime minister has outlined plans to tackle the country's economic problems, as students across Italy protested against the new government.

Mario Monti said he would crack down on tax evasion and make changes to the pension system, as well as introducing incentives for companies to employ more women and young people.

But he added a warning that the coming years would be the toughest for Italy since World War II.
