'Taxi wars' in France as new businesses try to compete

In France the monopoly enjoyed for the last 70 years by the National Federation of Taxi-Artisans is under threat.

A company in Avignon is challenging the establishment, saying its fleet of cars can do the work more cheaply and efficiently.

Their business model includes showing passengers adverts, and they are looking to expand.
