Kosovan organ trafficking allegations debate

The human rights watchdog the Council of Europe is due to decide on Tuesday whether to call for a new investigation into alleged human organ trafficking and other crimes by the Kosovo Liberation Army after the Kosovan war. The Kosovan government denies the allegations, in a report published by the Council, that the KLA took prisoners to a building near the Albanian capital to be killed and their organs removed and sold. Mark Lowen reports.
