Quarter of a million stranded at Spanish airports

Thousands of Britons are among a quarter of a million passengers stranded at Spanish airports this evening - because of a strike by air traffic controllers.

Most of Spain's airport staff have returned to work and the airspace has reopened. Even so, there are warnings that it will be at least 24 hours before the disruption ends.

The BBC's Sarah Rainsford reports.
