Spain's hope that pilgrims to Santiago de Compostela will boost economy

Local authorities in northern Spain have invested a record amount in an attempt to attract even more pilgrims to Santiago de Compostela.

In recent years the number of people walking across Europe to the cathedral in Galicia, which is reputed to be the burial place of St James, have soared.

Sarah Rainsford reports from Santiago.
