Australia High Court backs asylum policy over Nauru case

Australia's High Court has ruled that the government's policy of detaining asylum seekers offshore is legal.

The government says its tough policies on asylum seekers work but human rights groups and the UN are unhappy.

They say Australia's policies are too harsh.
